Monthly Plan
The Monthly Energy Plan charge includes the supply charge and the included energy (e.g. 200 kwh for The Minimalist). The plan does not have a daily supply charge as this included in the plan amount (the estimated daily supply charge included in the plan is 113.405 cents per day or $1.13405 per day ).
At the end of each month the customer receives a credit for unused energy or pays for additional energy used.
Don’t worry if you select a plan that doesn’t match your energy use at the end of every month. We will ensure that you are on the most appropriate plan.
Your next month’s plan size is determined by you recent usage:
– A customer moves to the next size plan if they use 10% more energy than the target energy of the larger plan.
– A customer changes to a smaller plan if they use 25% less energy than the plan they are currently on.
