Elysian Energy is focused on protecting the health and safety of our customers, employees and the community and we are doing everything we can to keep customers supplied and minimise the rate of infection in the community.
This unprecedented situation has impacted our customer service teams and call wait time might take longer.
If you have any issues with your electricity supply, please contact your distributor. Your distributor can give you more information and an estimate of when the problem will be fixed.
If you, or someone in your home uses a life support machine and needs assistance, please contact us on 1300 671 799 as soon as possible (if you haven’t already).
Energy is an essential service and to date move ins are not impacted. We will let you know if this changes. Call us on 1300 870 300.
If the shutdown has impacted your ability to pay your energy bills, please contact us on 1300 671 799 or at email@example.com and we can discuss available government assistance packages and put in place a payment plan, or adjust one you may already have.

Over the weekend the Federal Government announced a second stimulus package in response to increased economic effects since initial response announced on 12 March 2020.
Is your Business Impacted by the shut down?
If your business is having difficulty paying your accounts, or anticipates such a problem, please contact us on 1300 870 300 to discuss what we can do to assist you though this crisis. If your business is in financial stress, please talk to us about how we can assist with hardship plans.
If your business is going into hibernation over the period of the emergency, please contact us to let us know. We can arrange to have your premise disconnected (and later reconnected) with the disconnection/re-connection fees waived.
If you still the need your electricity to stay on, but will have minimal power needs, please also contact us so that we can update our records, discuss your billing and payment options and notify your Network Provider.
Please ensure that all unnecessary or unused equipment is switched off to reduce unnecessary energy consumption.
If you are unusually a high energy user and you are on one of our demand tariffs or have high daily charges, please contact us on 1300 671 799 or at firstname.lastname@example.org to determine if it is possible to change to a different tariff.
