If your business is going into hibernation over the period of the emergency, please contact us to let us know. We can arrange to have your premise disconnected (and later reconnected) with the disconnection/re-connection fees waived.
If you still the need your electricity to stay on, but will have minimal power needs, please also contact us so that we can update our records, discuss your billing and payment options and notify your Network Provider.
Please ensure that all unnecessary or unused equipment is switched off to reduce unnecessary energy consumption.
